Terms & Conditions – Lowveld Launch

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lowveld Launch! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including web design, SEO, branding, website maintenance, and redesign. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Lowveld Launch provides the following services:

  • Web Design (New & Redesign)
  • Branding (Logos, Color Schemes, Identity Design)
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Website Maintenance

We do not sell website templates at this time.

3. Payments & Billing

  • A 50% deposit is required before work on any project begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the final website is delivered or the project is completed.
  • Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, PayPal, and South African payment platforms (PayFast, Yoco, Ozow, etc.).
  • Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in the project being put on hold and not handed over to the client.
  • Late or non-payment may lead to service suspension until payment is received.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the project’s progress.
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued.
  • If work has already started, no refund will be provided for the completed portion of the project.

5. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

  • Clients may submit reviews and testimonials about our services.
  • Users cannot copy our website design, resell our services, or misuse our platform in any way.
  • Any attempt to redistribute, modify, or claim ownership of our work without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Lowveld Launch is not responsible for losses resulting from:
    • Website downtime, errors, or interruptions.
    • Changes in search engine rankings (SEO results are not guaranteed).
    • Any damage resulting from third-party integrations or hosting providers.

7. Project Timelines & Revisions

  • Web Design Projects:
    • One-Page Website: Delivered within 7 days.
    • Multi-Page & E-Commerce Websites: Delivered within 18 days.
  • Clients are entitled to limited revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • In case of disputes, mediation is preferred before any legal action.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Lowveld Launch reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website.
